We'll estimate how many hours your move is likely to require. A 50% booking payment based on the estimated labour time secures your booking.

We move you
The hourly clock starts when our team arrives at your collection address and stops when the agreed work is complete and you've checked that our removal vehicle is empty. If the move takes less time than estimated, you pay for the actual chargeable time, subject to the applicable minimum booking. If it takes longer, additional time is charged at the agreed hourly rate. After the minimum booking period, time is calculated in 15-minute increments.
